The TON showroom in Ostrava, Czech Republic features a rough, industrial interior to highlight their subtle details of their perfectly crafted, wooden chairs. We designed this space with concrete, rough edges, and metal, and the interior is open and spare to allow the chairs to stand out. The contrast between the rough concrete and the wooden chairs creates a special atmosphere. We used a natural, vulcanised rubber on the floors to improve the acoustics of the mostly concrete space.
